Resumen
En este trabajo de investigación se tuvo como objetivo diseñar y proponer un modelo de reclasificación empresarial para el contexto peruano, basado en un índice compuesto que incluye dimensiones económicas, tecnológica digital y organizacional y de posicionamiento, considerando las actuales tendencias de la Industria 5.0. Este estudio es de tipo propositivo con diseño no experimental, que empleó una metodología de revisión documental, revisión de la literatura y análisis normativo, además, se emplearon técnicas mixtas para la construcción de los indicadores. El Índice Compuesto de Reclasificación Empresarial (ICRE) propuesto permite identificar el nivel de madurez digital, la eficiencia organizacional y el posicionamiento competitivo empresarial, superando las falencias del enfoque vigente centrado exclusivamente en ventas e ingreso laboral. La principal limitación del estudio es no haberse validado empíricamente o no contar con la validación de expertos empresariales y de economía. Sin embargo, el modelo propuesto representa una contribución original al ofrecer una clasificación empresarial más coherente con las tendencias actuales, con un potencial impacto en la formulación de políticas públicas, por lo que se recomienda su uso para validar su utilidad tanto para la gestión empresarial como el desarrollo económico.
