How to Cite
Abstract
The safe work environment must be guaranteed by the company to the personnel in charge, this factor guarantees a trusting work environment that favors motivating the performance and satisfaction of the workers. Implementing the occupational health and safety management system has an impact on greater productivity and profitability, creating a safe environment, reducing the possibility of injuries, decreasing worker rotation, and reducing errors, etc.
