Improving the inventory storage process applying the material requirement planning (MRP) methodology

The role of storage in inventories has a relevant role in the performance of an organization when meeting market demand. Storage must be correctly managed for loss of material, lack of space and loss of productivity. The implementation of the MRP methodology improves organizational productivity by implementing it in inventory storage.
